Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensuring the highest international food safety standards, strict chemical-free processing, and laboratory verification.

Lab Controls

Product Testing & Diagnostics

We subject every batch of harvested spices to strict laboratory screening. This ensures full compliance with the import standards of the United States, European Union, Japan, and other global markets.

Our diagnostics are conducted in partnership with ISO 17025 accredited laboratories. We test for:

  • Moisture Control: Maintained strictly below 12% for whole spices to prevent mold growth.
  • Pesticide Residues: Screened for multi-residue pesticide limits to verify organic compliance.
  • Volatile Oils: Measured to guarantee high oil density (e.g. piperine in pepper, cinnamaldehyde in cinnamon).
  • Mycotoxins: Testing to ensure zero Aflatoxin and Ochratoxin presence.

Bulk Packaging Standards

To withstand ocean freight temperatures and humidity changes, we pack bulk shipments in multi-layer corrugated outer boxes. The boxes are reinforced with inner polyethylene liners. Jute gunny bags are brushed, sterilized, and vacuum-sealed where requested.

Global Certifications

Our facility strictly operates under ISO 22000:2018 food safety guidelines. We are registered with the U.S. FDA, HACCP-certified, and GMP compliant. We regularly host audits from third-party inspection firms (SGS, Bureau Veritas) to verify shipment compliance.
